In numerology, the challenge, is to differentiate where a number in your chart applies, and how exactly it affects you. When you look at your chart you notice you have 4 or 5 core numbers, plus a wide range of other numbers that play a role, creating something akin to alphabet soup -- or rather numerical soup. This can be confusing, but by using introductions as specific as possible that number's influence with direct references to a particular aspect of your personality helps to clarify its effect.
If you have a 5 among your core numbers and another person does too, but that person's 5 appears in a different location -- Heart's Desire versus Personality for instance -- the description of that 5s influence in your numerology profile is entirely different. This is, of course, as it should be. However, I still find that many people have trouble relating to their personal charts in a truly effective, beneficial way. A personal Numerology chart, whether by computer or face-to-face, should aim for clarity.
